The link/shortcut is attempting to connect to the old Tenant resource, which is no longer accessible. You’ll need to access the resource via its new path/location in the Shared Tenant and recreate your link/shortcut.

• SharePoint:

SharePoint sites are the easiest to identify, as you can simply replace the first part of the old path with the new path:

• Old = https://myanokaramsey.edu.sharepoint.com/
• New = https://mnscu.sharepoint.com/sites/ARCC/

• Teams:

Teams sites are a bit more complicated. While they also have a simple path change from the old to the new, the Team names were also changed to reflect college affiliation and type.

• Path:
  • Old = https://myanokaramseyedu.sharepoint.com/sites/
  • New = https://mnscu.sharepoint.com/teams/
  • Name:
    • A prefix of ANOKT or ARCC and suffix of Team was added to each existing Team name. Example:
      • Old = Info Desk
      • New = ARCC-Info Desk-Team
