Welcome to the Student Technology Resources page. Here you will find information regarding your StarID, TechID & O365 accounts, Student Services offerings, D2L Brightspace, and other additional resources.

StarID/Tech ID

You will use your StarID and/or Tech ID to access to most college resources including D2L, eServices, Library Services, etc.

O365/Email

As part of your Anoka-Ramsey Community College enrollment, you will be provided with a college O365 account, which includes an Email account, OneDrive, Office 365, and other Microsoft applications.

  • Your O365 account will be available to access 30 days prior to the start of your enrolled semester.

Request Tech Support

Need technology assistance? Request support through the OIT Service Portal where you can “Get Help” or search a knowledge base article for your technology question. 

Support Services

Anoka-Ramsey Community College offers academic support services to ensure student success. Services include academic guidance and counseling, tutoring, and technology support.

D2L Brightspace

D2L Brightspace is Minnstate’s online learning management system. Instructors and students use D2L to post and upload learning content and assignments.

College Notifications

Anoka-Ramsey Community College also provides additional resources, which includes Alertus, for emergency notifications, and StarAlert, for school-related messaging.

Expanded Campus Wifi

Anoka-Ramsey Community College has added expanded wifi coverage to reach outside certain areas of the campus.
