From 6:00 PM Friday, June 14, 2019 to 6:00 AM Monday, June 17, 2019, Anoka Ramsey Community College will transition to Office 365 Shared Tenant. You may have several questions regarding the transition. The following are a list of commonly asked questions.
Why are we switching to Office 365 Shared Tenant?
What’s actually going to change for me?
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Will I get a new email address?
Will my emails and files transfer over?
Will my Calendar meetings and appointments be copied over?
What if I have a lot of emails? Is there a limit on how much will migrate or on attachments?
What if I need to access files from my OneDrive in the cloud?
How will shared/generic mailboxes be handled?
Do I need to do anything for the files in my H: drive or other shared network drives?
I’m a Student and Staff member; will I have two separate accounts?
I forward my student emails to my personal email box; will that transfer?
