• Click on the image you would like to set as your virtual background from the gallery below:

• The image preview will open.
• Right click on the image and select “Save image as…”

• The “Save As” dialog box will then open.
• Click “Desktop” and in “File name:” rename the file to a name you will recognize.
• Click “Save”

• To set the background open the Zoom client.
• Click the “Settings” button

• In the Settings dialog box click “Virtual Background”

• Click the “+” symbol to add an image.
• Click “Add Image”

• The “Choose a background image” dialog box will appear
• Select your image and click “Open”

• The “Download Smart Virtual Background packaage?” dialog box may appear.
• Click “Download”

• Under “Choose Virtual Background” click the background you would like.
• Your virtual background will then be set.
