How do I Join a Zoom meeting via email?

You may receive your Zoom invite via email. Follow directions below for joining via email invite.

  • To join click the “Join Zoom Meeting” hyperlink
  • You will the “Launching…” screen.
  • Open Zoom Meetings? dialog box will appear click, “Open Zoom Meetings.”
  • Click “Join with Computer Audio”

When attempting to Join a Zoom meeting you may also get prompted to sign in. If so please follow the following steps:

  • Click “Sign in to Join”
  • At the “Sign In” page click “Sign in with SSO”
  • DO NOT sign in with Email
  • In the company domain type “minnstate” then click “Continue”
  • You will then be prompted to sign in. Sign in with your StarID and StarID password then click “Sign On”
