If you are replying to an email that was sent prior to June 17, 2019, the original reply address is pointing to the “old tenant” and needs to be sent to the same user in the new “shared tenant”. (The incorrect email looks like – email@example.com)
Follow the steps below to successfully reply to an email.
- Highlight the recipient’s email address
- Delete the recipient’s email address
- Re-type the recipient’s email address
- Press Send (when message composition is complete)
