If you need assistance Zoom has several support options built in.

• Navigate to https://minnstate.zoom.us.
• Click “Sign In”
• Enter your StarID and StarID password
• Click “Sign on”

• You will now be on the profile landing page.
• On the top right there will be two tabs, “RESOURCES” and “SUPPORT”
• Click “RESOURCES” for the following:
  • Video Tutorials
  • Live Training
  • FAQ

• Click “SUPPORT” to be taken to the support page. This page has more in depth assistance with the various features of Zoom.
